Stijn Burger grew up in Rotterdam and is the strategist of the team. To join the Nuon Solar Team he is taking a break of his Aerospace master Flight Performance and Propulsion. Everything he learned there about programming he can now use to determine the best strategy for us on how to race the Bridgestone World Solar Challenge.
In his spare time he often goes mountain biking and since a couple of months you can even find him on the tennis court. Next to that, every Monday he plays with our team in a soccer tournament, because his real passion is soccer. Therefore, as a proud Rotterdammer, he will never miss a game of his favorite club, Feyenoord!
