Sharon van Luik grew up in Oud-Beijerland, a small town in South Holland. This doesn’t mean she has smaller dreams though. She would like to make a positive impact to the planet and humanity. The Nuon Solar Team seemed like a step into the good direction. With her Bachelor Systems Engineering, Policy Analysis & Management she has all the knowledge she needs to be responsible for the marketing of a team of motivated students who are designing and building a winning solar car. Sharon calls herself the motivator of the team and is not afraid to tell it like it is. Both valuable qualities in a project in which there is never enough time to do everything you want to do.
