Lisanne de Rooij
Lisanne de Rooij grew up in Wassenaar. Together with her little brother she used to play outside all the time and because of this she build up a love for nature and the animals around her. After studying Systems Engineering, Policy Analysis & Management for a couple of years, she wanted to actively contribute to a more sustainable future. To do marketing with the Nuon Solar Team seemed like the perfect solution to achieve this in a learning environment. Lisanne has been very active in different sports all her life and she is very proud of all her achievements. However, she is most proud of the fact that she can hold a plank the longest of the whole team! Her goal is to see as much of the world as possible, starting in Australia with the Solar Challenge.
