Jasper Wijkhuizen
Jasper Wijkhuizen comes from Santpoort, NL. After finishing his bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering at TU Delft, he applied at the Nuon Solar Team to bring his knowledge into practice. Jasper’s perseverance and keen eye for details make him a valuable asset to the team. Helped by his experience at TU Delft’s submarine team, he always asks the right questions and keeps the overview in the complex design of a solar car.
In his spare time, Jasper plays soccer with a number of his Nuon Solar Team teammates. He regularly lets off steam at the gym or, when time allows it, at his rowing club. Jasper is by far the best darts player in the team.
