Jasper Hemmes studies Aerospace Engineering. The knowledge he gained during his education at the TU Delft is very handy for his role within the team as aerodynamicist. By understanding how the airflow moves over the solar car, he can make the best choices to give Nuna the best shape possible.
Because he is one of three Jaspers in the team, we usually call him by his last name to avoid confusion. In his free time, Hemmes is very busy with his music. He has a large vinyl collection, which he often uses with his friends or as a DJ at parties. He used to be a fanatic gymnast, but since this year, he rather boxes. Every Monday night he blows of some steam in the boxing school to eventually seize his chance in Australia with Nuna.
